Las Vegas, NV – Santino does some kicks then feels around the ring while Drew punches and kicks the air, then Santino uses the crowd noise to find Drew, but Drew tackles him out to the floor. Drew punches the ring post, then they roll inside and Santino almost hits the ref with the Cobra and Drew sneaks a peek while the ref is turned around. He attempts a big boot but misses and falls out to the floor, then he ends up getting back in the ring and Santino hits him with the Cobra for the win.

    Winner – Santino Marella

Though SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long looked ready to fire Drew McIntyre for not living up to his contract in recent weeks, Assistant to the General Manager Santino Marella convinced him to give the Scottish Superstar another chance – facing him in what the roulette wheel would determine to be Blindfold Match, where both grapplers would have their eyes completely covered.

After McIntyre failed in his attempt to cheat his way to victory, The Italian Stallion reigned supreme – calling on the WWE Universe to guide his sightless Cobra attack, which allowed him to pick up the win.

Santino and Perez – Is there still Beef?

Perez was a recurring topic on the former WWE.com show “Santino’s Casa” after the internet sensation challenged Santino Marella and quickly found himself on Santino’s Hollywood Hit List. Divas Champion Beth Phoenix came to her then-boyfriend’s rescue, promising Perez she’d hunt him down, hurt him and make him cry!

One has to wonder if WWE’s Resident Italian will pull out a cobra and strike Perez Hilton where it hurts.

RISE and SHINE – The story of Santino’s Beloved Tattoo

RISE and SHINE the fine print reads. It may seem just like an any-ordinary tattoo for an individual. However, for Santino Marella (Anthony Carelli) The tat-has meaning to it, a back story. Santino was quoted from a website with a reasoning to the tattoo.

“I got one a couple of weeks ago here (pointing at his left forearm),” noted Marella. “It says ‘Rise and Shine,’ which kind of goes along with the campaign I want to have for the kids, which is get up and, you know, shine, man. Do whatever you want.

Not only is the tattoo a Campaign, being quoted in a WWE Magazine, Marella pointed out that the Tattoo was a quote from his Mother, something that Marella takes to heart with him.

This is something my mother used to say every morning. In Italian of Course. But it’s also my personal motto, something I say to myself to stay inspired: Rise and Shine, Meaning. DARE to Rise Up and Seize the Day.

To celebrate this quote, this life-style, and this inspiration, this is where the layout came from.
